وَحَرَ ٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرۡیَةٍ أَهۡلَكۡنَـٰهَاۤ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا یَرۡجِعُونَ
And there is a ban upon any community which We have destroyed: that they shall not return.
