81:29
وَمَا تَشَاۤءُونَ إِلَّاۤ أَن یَشَاۤءَ ٱللَّهُ رَبُّ ٱلۡعَـٰلَمِینَ
And ye will not, unless (it be) that Allah willeth, the Lord of Creation.
